Da Mojo is a casual raid guild.   We do not require anyone to raid any percentage of time or at all, however we do require those who sign up for raids to show up.  This includes even if you are on standby.  Until the raid team enters the instance, we may need to swap out players for any number of reasons.  So if you sign up, are placed on Standby, and are not on when we may need to swap out, then you are considered a no show.  No shows are placed at the bottom of the list for raid confirmations until they can prove they are reliable.  We realize that real life things happen so this rule only applies to those cronic no shows.

If you have signed up you should...

• Be on time
• Includes having all potions, foods and drinks your character needs for the raid.
• being at the instance at start time, not asking for summons at start time.
• Be logged on and ready before start time.
• Includes if you are on Standby.
• Standby players should be on in case replacements are needed for any reason before the start of the raid.
• After the raid has started it is up to that player if they wish to be available for replacing members while raid is in progress.
